Adopt a dog through the Woof Project’s mobile site

The Woof Project, a national mobile dog-adoption site, has returned to its stand at Constantia Village shopping centre every week- end now that lockdown restrictions have eased.

It’s an initiative of Oscars Arc,a Franschhoek-based NPO that helps with dog adoption.

The project arranges for dogs to be microchipped, vaccinated and sterilised by Oscars Arc, and adopters have the option of choosing how much they would like to pay to adopt a dog.

Oscars Arc checks out the homes of prospective adopters to make sure they are safe for the dogs.
