As a warning to users of the ATMs at Churchhill Road shopping centre, particularly the more elderly folk, there is a con man trying to gain access to one’s banking account.
While drawing money I was approached last week by a young coloured man of about 25 years, approximately six foot tall, clean- shaven except for a thin pencil moustache, on the pretence of offering to help me, tried to grab my credit card out of my hand. Fortunately I held on to it and told him to get lost. Unfortunately he disappeared before I could call the security to confront him.
