False Bay RFC First XV and DirectAxis recently handed over an aviary to Miracle Kids, a safehouse for the care of abandoned, abused and neglected babies and toddlers. Funds were raised from a golf day held in May. Work on building the aviary began in July and it replaces a smaller one to accommodate the children’s burgeoning collection of rabbits and guinea pigs with the aim that it is used as a therapy and in a safe environment for children.
