Oakley House High pupils took part in a beach clean-up at Muizenberg on Friday December 7, as part of a greater plastic education campaign at the school. Pupils have been made aware of the problem of single-use plastics and have been encouraged to engage in recycling practices such as Ecobrick making, collecting plastic bottle lids and watching their use of plastics. The beach cleaning was assisted by Clean C, a coastline cleaning initiative.
