They were there to hear author Marianne Thamm speak about her recently released book, Hitler, Verwoerd, Mandela and Me, published by Tafelberg. Thamm is the assistant editor at The Daily Maverick and has written several successful books, including the recently filmed I Have Life, Alison Botha’s story.
