Busking benefactor

Blind from the age of nine, Kenny Hermon busks outside Maynard Mall in Wynberg and in Camps Bay, but he desperately needs a new saxophone, as the one he has is hardly playable. Paul Bothners of Plumstead have kindly offered to meet rand for rand the amount of R10 000 for a new soprano saxophone. Newlands resident Jane Verster-Cohen has already raised R1 000.
