The Karoo Animal Protection Society (KAPS) hosted a Chari-Tea Garden Par-Tea in Vineyard Road in Meadowridge on Sunday. KAPS provides a mobile for all kinds of pets and livestock in the townships of the Little Karoo. Their focus is on sterilisation but KAPS inspectors also watch out for cruelty and neglect.
