While taking our dogs for their morning walk in the Tokai Forest, my wife and I bumped into Alan Dawson and his team of 30-odd workmen doing a general clean-up, trimming of trees, restaking trees that had fallen over and also putting in name
tags for the various indigenous trees.
They were cleaning up the walking/cycling path on the lower plantation and they were doing their 67 minutes for Madiba!
Alan Dawson is a former SA cricketer and has had his garden service for many years.
