What is wrong with people? Why can’t they try to contact the council themselves?
We are having trouble with the people who get the tenders to do the work that must be done (“Shabby suburbs”, Bulletin letters, April 20).
People, remember our ward councillors have only one pair of hands, they do the best they can with what they are given. I have had dealings with ward councillor Carol Bew and was very happy with what she did. She can only do so much so people please have patience. If you’re not happy then do the work yourself and stop bad-mouthing our councillor.
