On Saturday March 10 we saw an elderly medium-size, short-haired brown and white dog crossing busy Spaanschemat River Road, near Ladies Mile intersection.
We managed to get him on a lead and into the car and took him to Alphen Vets. They fed him and organised collection by the SPCA.
The dog is very gentle and friendly. He had a red collar but no identification. He was tired, so maybe had been lost for a few days.
