On Sunday afternoon, June 11, someone took cardboard packing boxes and crumpled white packing paper to the recycling depot at the back of the Constantia Village.
A small pocket photo album had been forgotten among the paper at the bottom of a box. Another of these boxes was labelled “Rob’s sports equipment”.
