Westcott Primary School received several certificates for the 2015 Grade 3 and Grade 6 Systemic Tests, including Excellence in Grade 6 Mathematics, Excellence in Grade 6 Language, Excellence in Grade 3 Numeracy, Excellence in Grade 3 Literacy and a dual award for Excellence in combined Literacy and Numeracy for Grades 3 and 6. The Constantiaberg Bulletin (formerly the Bergvliet Bulletin) was established in 1955 and re named Constantiaberg Bulletin in 1979. This long established popular community title includes the key shopping centres Constantia Village and Blue Route Mall within its distribution area.
