SANBI celebration

The South African National Biodiversity Institute (SANBI) hosted a celebratory event of the International Climate Change Adaptation conference on Monday June 18. Now in its fifth edition, and held at the Cape Town International Convention Centre (CTICC) from Tuesday to Thursday June 18 to 21, it is the world’s leading conference on climate change adaptation. This is the first time it is taking place in Africa. It is being attended by over 1 200 delegates from 87 countries and over 230 organisations, ranging from world-renowned universities, city and regional governments to international funding bodies and NGOs.
