This letter is meant for the people who rummage around bins at all hours before collection by council. One does not mind them doing this as it is a fortunate source of food for many of these unfortunates and secondly, they provide a service for the recycling industry.
However, my bin has been stolen twice. They wake one up at all hours and most irritating of all, they leave a mess all too often in the road.
Let this be a warning if this continues in spite of the good it does do, I will be forced to take my bin out five minutes before collection and encourage others to do the same until they learn to mend their ways.
