The officers searched the vehicle and found house break-in implements inside.
The suspects, aged between 26 and 32 years, were arrested on the scene.
They face charges of attempted house break-in, possession of house break-in implements and resisting arrest.
The suspects will appear at the Wynberg Magistrates Court soon.
