I would like to give a big shout-out to Ivan who was at the Southern Mail Wynberg Family Festival on Saturday afternoon.
I had gone down to find someone who could turn the volume of the music down as we could not sleep on Friday evening until they closed. Come Saturday morning and the same thing again.
Fortunately, I was put in touch with Ivan who listened and said he would contact the organisers with a view to turning the volume down. He took my name and number and, before I arrived back home, he phoned me to say that the volume would be turned down in the evening.
It was and * would lay my head on a block that many, many, people in surrounding areas were greatly relieved.
