Maverick journalist, playwright and chef Tony Jackman was the guest at the Thursday Club this month. As a journalist, he started out reporting on shipping news before going on to specialise in lifestyle writing including theatre, food and humour. Held at Buitenverwachting restaurant, chef patron Edgar Osojnik used recipes from Tony’s book foodSTUFF, launched the previous evening at the Book Lounge.
