The Forest Glade shopping centre is proving popular with residents and visitors, with facilities which appeal to the more active members of the community.
The popularity comes with its own problems, one is parking and traffic congestion. The City has seen fit to address these problems by various means, including having no stopping on one side of Dalmore Road. It is a pity to see some lawless South Africans totally ignoring the efforts of the authorities to provide acceptable solutions to all.
On Saturday October 19, a vehicle stopped, not only within a “no stopping” Zone, but also parked so selfishly as to prevent vehicles exiting the parking area. How should these be dealt with?
