Bridgetown Theatre Company is taking its production, Youth Capture, to schools, community centres and other venues across the province until Saturday November 30. The production comprises two half-hour, youth-oriented shows, Lit, a musical including slam poetry, rap, hip hop dance and singing, and Erace, a comedy-drama about racial intolerance and social cohesion. Both shows are interactive and performed in the audience’s language of choice. There will be a talent show for audience members during the interval, and they can win prizes. Admission is free. For more information, or if you are a school or organisation wishing to book the show, call 082 536 3651 or visit the company’s Facebook page.
