Farewell, John

John McPetrie, chairman of the Constantia Ratepayers’ and Residents’ Association

After 11 years of service as manager of the Constantia Ratepayers’ and Residents’ Association, John Hesom, has announced he will be retiring.

As the generator of much of its communication, Mr Hesom’s role included keeping members abreast of developments within the association and the community at large, particularly on the often thorny issues of the valley and the increasing pressure on land use.

The civic association thanks Mr Hesom for his years of committed service and extends its best wishes to him and his wife, Helene, as they move beyond valley issues.

Constantia residents interested in getting better involved with the CRRA are welcome to get in touch with me at email johnmcp53@outlook.com.
