I have read the article on Constantia Primary possibly getting an astro (“Turf project for Constantia Primary”, Bulletin, February 16). I too drive past the school every day and have so often wished that they could have better playing facilities.
It would be so wonderful if the local residents from Constantia, Bergvliet and Meadowridge could donate R100 per family towards this wonderful fundraiser . In no time Brad Bing would reach the goal of R650 000 and the children would have a beautiful playing field.
I am always amazed at how communities come together to support various charities, firefighters and so on. Let’s do the same and assist this school to uplift their playing fields.
