I hate it when people play the blame game (Out and About: “Night out to concert ends on sour note,” Constantiaberg Bulletin, May 12).
Ask any learner driver about the pre-trip inspection of which the checking of the licence disc for valuation is part of.
Always remember ignorance of the law is no excuse. Thumbs up to the traffic department for doing a good job.
