Andrea Houston says they are doing upgrading at Musgrave (“Investigating threatening evictions,” Bulletin, August 16) but they are not mentioning that they have broken down the hall the seniors use as well as the garages which some elderly people had to give up because they were told they were going to break the garages down to build additional units.
There were also notices that were sent out to the people of Musgrave Park informing them of a new landlord taking over the contracts.
Residents will need to sign the new agreements.
Is Ms Houston aware of this?
