Lauren to the rescue

Lauren Tyler-Scott, 10, from Muizenberg, Grade 4 pupil at Sweet Valley Primary School in Bergvliet, rescued this Arum Lily Frog from a commercial nursery in Tokai. On spotting the little frog in a plant awaiting sale, she asked her father to speak to the staff, who soon agreed to release the frog, in its floral home, into Lauren’s care.
