The Republic of Gupta author Pieter-Louis Myburgh with Thursday Club founder Sandy Bailey. Myburgh, an award-winning investigative journalist, was the guest speaker at the Thursday Club, held at The Pavilion, Kelvin Grove, on Monday August 14. No, this is not a typo, this meeting was held to fit in with the author’s travel plans as he was here from Johannesburg on a Monday instead of the usual Thursday.
