Friends of mine have just visited me and one of their comments struck home.
They said that they visited three different countries where those working in customs greeted them and welcomed them but when they arrived in South Africa the customs people here only scowled with no welcome whatsoever.
What a welcome to our beautiful country!
Why don’t we train our people who work in customs to be welcoming?
