They say evil flourishes when good men keep silent. Surely every one is against the council’s plan to cover the area with cement (“PHA in spotlight,” Bulletin, September 21)?
Why don’t the council listen? We have been told the aquifer water which is filtered by sand could provide a much needed 30% of Cape Town’s fresh water requirements.
We cannot drink cement.
