Poster competition

■ Simon van der Stel Primary School Grade 6 pupils did an Afrikaans oral about fires in the province and created some posters to go with it. They depicted the bokkie that survived the Somerset West fires, the tragic death of Phoenix, the baboon, and the efforts of the firefighters. At the back, from left, are: Hanje Hattingh, Mckayla Stander and Mirske McElhone. In the middle are: Damian Bosch, Timone Joubert, Francois Liebenberg and Llu-cile Bostander and in the front is Abigail Khoma.
