The Adopt a Pet team would like to thank all the outstanding vets and staff at Peninsula Veterinary Hospital in Diep River for offering to sterilise six rescue dogs and two cats on Mandela Day, free of charge.
Adopt a Pet is a pro life animal rescue organisation, and all these animals were rescued from the jaws of death.
We also run regular humane education programmes for pupils who live in high-risk areas with great success.
All those sterilised animals have found loving homes except these in the photographs.
