Just before Covid 19 paid us a visit, we were blessed with the arrival of Felix. His love helped so many of us through the lonely times, and he became a treasured friend.
Someone to sit and talk to and vent and moan our lot to. Someone to share our aches and pains with and someone that never answered us back or turned us away.
On Wednesday February 14, due to the reckless and dangerous driving of a motorist, he was killed.
The motorist didn’t even bother to stop. Although the driver is known to us, it won’t bring our precious Felix back, but perhaps he will read this and know the devastation his reckless actions caused and be aware that next time it may well be a child.
Rest in peace, our dear friend and confidante.
