I would like to congratulate our municipality for excellent and speedy services rendered recently. Late last year, I discovered that the handle of our municipal bin was damaged during a bin collection. I logged a request on eservices1.capetown.gov.za
I was amazed when the municipality delivered a new bin to me two days later.
I also logged a request to clean blocked manholes in a few streets around us, and this was done within one week.
This week I have noticed that the broken stormwater drain in our street has been fixed. Again, within one week of logging this request. I salute those municipal workers who strive to deliver good services. Well done!
